- $500 retainer (due at booking). The remaining balance is due at 38 weeks. Pay how you want, as long as fees are paid by 38 weeks.

It depends on the type of session you’re planning! Here’s a quick guide:
Birth Photography: Book as early as possible (ideally by 20 weeks) so I can reserve your due date on my calendar. I only take a limited number each month.
Fresh 48 Session: Book during your second or early third trimester. We’ll stay in touch around your delivery so I can be there within 48 hours of baby’s arrival.
Newborn Photography: Also best to book in your second or early third trimester. The session typically takes place 5–14 days after birth, but I always stay flexible in case baby has other plans.
Each session type has its own ideal timing. Here’s what to expect:
Birth Photography: I’m on-call starting at 38 weeks and will arrive once you’re in active labor. I’ll stay through the birth and up to two hours after for golden-hour moments.
Fresh 48 Session: Taken within the first 24–48 hours after birth—usually while you’re still at the hospital or birth center. These are raw, natural moments: no posing, no pressure.
Newborn Photography: Typically scheduled for 5–14 days after birth, when babies are extra sleepy and snuggly. I’ll reach out once baby arrives to lock in the exact date.

Absolutely. I believe your newborn story includes everyone who loves them. I always welcome parents, siblings, and even fur babies into the session if you’d like.
A thousand times yes. These tiny details—wrinkly toes, flaky skin, sleepy stretches—disappear faster than you think!
